Welcome to the official website of the Alexandria International Dental Congress (AIDC), organized by the Faculty of Dentistry, Alexandria University, Egypt.
By accessing or using aidconline.net, registering for the congress, purchasing a workshop, exhibition or sponsorship package, booking accommodation, or using any service provided through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any registration or purchase.
1. Congress Organizer
The Alexandria International Dental Congress is organized by:

Alexandria, Egypt.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Faculty of Dentistry, Alexandria University may be referred to as “the Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
2. Website Use
The website aidconline.net is provided to facilitate information, registration, payment, and related services concerning the Alexandria International Dental Congress.
Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Use another person’s registration or account information.
The Organizer reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated.
3. Congress Registration
Registration for the Alexandria International Dental Congress is subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration, including their full name, professional information, contact details, and any other information requested by the registration system.
The Organizer is not responsible for problems arising from incorrect information provided by the participant.
Non-Transferability
Congress registrations are personal and non-transferable.
A registration may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or used by another person without prior written authorization from the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of registered participants at the congress and may refuse admission where the registration details do not correspond to the participant presenting the registration.
4. Registration Fees and Payments
All applicable registration fees, workshop fees, accommodation charges, exhibition fees, sponsorship fees, and other charges are displayed on the website or communicated by the Organizer.
Prices are stated in the applicable currency shown on the website and may be subject to applicable taxes or charges where required.
Online payments are processed through Paymob, an external payment service provider.
The Organizer does not directly store participants’ complete credit or debit card details. Payment information is processed in accordance with the applicable terms and security procedures of the payment service provider.
A registration or booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation by the Organizer or the website’s registration system.
In the event of a failed, reversed, incomplete, or disputed payment, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or cancel the relevant registration or booking until payment is successfully completed.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are governed by the cancellation and refund policy applicable to the specific registration, workshop, accommodation booking, exhibition package, or sponsorship package purchased.
Where a refund is permitted, the applicable refund conditions and deadlines will be communicated to the participant at the time of registration or purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted through the official communication channels specified by the Organizer and should include sufficient information to identify the relevant registration or transaction.
Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method, where technically and legally possible.
Payment processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the participant’s bank or financial institution.
Certain fees or services may be non-refundable where this is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
6. Workshops
Workshop registration is subject to availability and may be limited according to the capacity of each workshop.
A workshop registration is valid only for the specific workshop, date, and session selected by the participant.
Workshop registrations are personal and non-transferable.
Participants are responsible for attending the workshop at the scheduled time. Failure to attend does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund unless otherwise stated in the applicable refund policy.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify workshop schedules, speakers, venues, or content when necessary for organizational or operational reasons.
7. Exhibition and Sponsorship
Exhibition and sponsorship opportunities are subject to availability and approval by the Organizer.
Exhibitors and sponsors must comply with the rules, regulations, deadlines, technical requirements, and operational instructions communicated by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to reject or modify an exhibition or sponsorship arrangement where necessary to maintain the academic, professional, ethical, or organizational standards of the congress.
Specific exhibition and sponsorship terms may apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
8. Accommodation
Where accommodation booking is offered through the website, the applicable hotel, room type, dates, rates, and booking conditions will be displayed during the booking process or communicated to the participant.
Accommodation availability is subject to confirmation.
Hotel services and facilities are provided by the relevant hotel or accommodation provider. The Organizer is not responsible for the hotel’s operational services, facilities, policies, or actions except to the extent required by applicable law.
Any hotel-specific cancellation or modification conditions communicated at the time of booking will apply to the accommodation reservation.
9. Certificates
Participants who fulfill the applicable attendance or participation requirements may be eligible to receive an official congress certificate.
Certificate eligibility, type, and requirements may vary depending on the participant’s registration category and participation in congress activities or workshops.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their registration information, particularly their name, is entered correctly.
The Organizer may not be able to modify or reissue certificates where incorrect information was supplied by the participant, except at the Organizer’s discretion.
10. Congress Program and Speakers
The Organizer makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the congress program, speakers, sessions, workshops, and related information published on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, the Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:
Speakers
Lecture topics
Workshop instructors
Session times
Venues
Program schedules
Other congress activities
Such changes may occur due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control or for organizational reasons.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through the website or other appropriate communication channels.
11. Intellectual Property
All content published on aidconline.net, including but not limited to logos, branding, graphics, text, photographs, designs, documents, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the Organizer or its respective content providers unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from the appropriate rights holder.
The Alexandria International Dental Congress name, logo, and related branding may not be used in a manner that suggests unauthorized endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.
12. Scientific and Educational Content
Information presented during the congress, including lectures, presentations, workshops, scientific materials, and educational resources, is provided for professional and educational purposes.
The Organizer does not guarantee that every opinion, recommendation, technique, product, or scientific statement presented by an individual speaker represents the views of the Faculty of Dentistry, Alexandria University or the Organizer.
Participants remain responsible for evaluating scientific and clinical information and applying appropriate professional judgment.
13. Website Availability and Accuracy
The Organizer makes reasonable efforts to maintain the website and keep its information accurate and available.
However, the Organizer does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
Information, prices, schedules, availability, and other website content may be updated or corrected from time to time.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify website content, services, registration options, or other features without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

Payment card information is processed through the relevant payment service provider and is not intended to be stored directly by the congress website.
16. Limitation of Liability

This includes, where applicable, losses arising from travel arrangements, accommodation, personal expenses, transportation, or third-party services.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, public emergencies, technical failures, transportation disruptions, or other extraordinary circumstances.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to address such circumstances and communicate any material impact on participants.

The Organizer reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
Any updated version will be published on this page with the relevant “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the website or participation in the congress following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
