Return & Refund Policy
Registration fees for the Alexandria International Dental Congress and its workshops are refundable according to the following cancellation schedule:
1. Full Refund
A 100% refund of the applicable conference and/or workshop registration fee will be provided if a written cancellation request is received on or before 14 August 2026.
2. 50% Refund
A 50% refund of the applicable conference and/or workshop registration fee will be provided if a written cancellation request is received from 15 August 2026 through 14 October 2026.
3. No Refund
No refund will be permitted for cancellation requests received on or after 15 October 2026.
4. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:
The applicable refund percentage will be determined based on the date on which the written cancellation request is received by the Congress Organizing Committee.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment processing procedures.
Conference and workshop registrations are personal and non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another participant.
This cancellation policy applies specifically to conference and workshop registration fees. Any separate cancellation terms applicable to accommodation, exhibition, sponsorship, or other services will be communicated separately.
