Immediate implants are considered a common practice today. Currently, we can perform this treatment with a predictable prognosis, taking into account certain anatomical considerations that are key to the success of cases. We can also take advantage of the current implant design, which helps us achieve greater primary stability, allowing for more predictable immediate loading. The use of digital tools also contributes to better results in this type of treatment.
