Vertical preparation is increasingly recognized as a reliable and minimally invasive technique in restorative dentistry, suitable for both veneers and full crowns. Its biological and prosthetic advantages allow for conservative management of dental tissues, optimal integration with periodontal health, and the creation of highly aesthetic restorations with improved longevity.  

This hands-on workshop will guide participants step by step through the principles and clinical execution of vertical preparation. Participants will have the opportunity to scan their own preparations, analyse them in real time, and learn how to interpret their work in relation to the planned final restoration. This feedback loop allows clinicians to refine their technique, avoid common errors, and improve consistency and precision. Guided practice on models under direct supervision will help participants gain confidence in adapting the technique to both veneers and full crowns, while integrating digital scanning as a tool for learning, planning, and enhancing aesthetic outcomes.
