In this workshop, the first part will review conventional surgical techniques for immediate implants and provide tips for practicing on phantoms and acquiring the necessary skills to apply these techniques predictably to patients. 

In the second part of the workshop, we will explain the management of maxillary atrophy using palatalized implants and utilizing anatomical buttresses. We will then practice these techniques on phantoms to develop the surgical skills needed to successfully manage these complex cases in the clinic.
