Submission Guidelines (E-Posters)

  • Abstracts must not exceed 250 words.
  • Categories of posters could be:

– Original research: clinical or laboratory studies

– Case report/ case series: interesting, challenging cases with discussion and outcomes.

– Systematic review: evidence synthesis followed structured methodology 

– Dental Technique: step by step clinical or laboratory technique

– Educational poster: teaching or learning tool or curriculum innovation

  • Abstracts must be structured using the following headings:
    1. Aim
    2. Materials and Methods
    3. Results
    4. Conclusions
    5. Funding Source(s)
    6. Acknowledgements are optional.
  • Figures, tables, photographs, and illustrations are not permitted within the abstract.
  • Promotional content or product endorsements of any kind are prohibited.
  • Only complete submissions will be considered. Incomplete abstracts will be automatically withdrawn.
  • No edits are allowed after submission.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
  • Acceptance notifications will be sent by email after being revised and accepted by scientific committe

Following scientific peer review, eligible abstracts may optionally compete for awards for the top three E-posters. 

Winners will be announced and awarded during the Congress Gala Dinner.

E-Poster Guidelines

E-posters must comply with the following specifications:

  1. Language
    All e-posters must be prepared in English.
  2. Poster Size
    • Minimum recommended size (W × H): 1125 × 2000 pixels
    • Maximum size (W × H): 2250 × 4000 pixels
    • Resolution: 300 DPI
  1. Design Format
    Please use the attached PowerPoint template and export the final poster as one of the following formats:
    • PPT
    • PDF
    • PNG
    • JPEG
  1. Poster Structure
    The poster should include:
    • Title
    • Author names
    • Affiliations

These should appear at the top of the poster. 

The main body should be organized into sections such as:

    • Introduction
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  1. Font Size
    Font sizes should be sufficiently large to ensure readability from several feet away.
  2. Text Formatting
    • The title should use the largest font size.
    • Headings and subheadings should be clearly distinguishable.
    • Body text should be no smaller than 24-point font.
  1. Images and Figures
    High-quality images and figures should be used to enhance clarity and visual appeal. All visuals should be clearly labeled.
  2. Content
    Poster content should be concise, focused, and easy for a general audience to understand.
  3. Proofreading
    Posters should be carefully proofread for spelling and grammatical errors before submission.
  4. Presentation
    The presenting author should be available during the congress to answer questions from attendees.

Important Note

The presenting author is required to register for the congress after abstract acceptance in order for the abstract to be included in the official congress program.
