The complex scanning in completely edentulous cases is always a problematic practice. conventional scanners usually fail short to produce precise scans suitable to construct a passive restoration. many techniques are suggested to overcome those problems. The gold standard for full arch cases is photogrammetry (PG). The drawback for PG is the high cost and the need for a separate scanners. Integrating PG inside the intraoral scanner is an innovative approach to produce a precise scan for such cases.
