CAI “computer aided imaging” has been proving its validation in everyday dental practice, scanners are improving in technology so as scanning software… The number of dentists using IOSs is increasing day by day.             
CAD “computer aided designing” became the standard of dental prosthetic, orthodontic, surgical and restorative workflow… the level of accuracy became very high, and so our patient expectations reached the sky.
But the use of CAI/CAD/CAM still needs a lot of experience, which can only be reached by trial and error or too long learning curve…         
This presentation will be highlighting an application in the CEREC software, that offers practitioners an objective evaluation about their preparations, and teach our dental students at our universities, the self assessment concept thus having the ability to judge their laboratory & clinical workflow …
