Refka Rmili is a dentist of Tunisian origin and a Turkish citizen. She graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Abant İzzet Baysal University in Turkey and currently practices in Istanbul, focusing on advanced composite laminate veneer restorations. 

She regularly lectures at national and international congresses and provides hands-on training courses in Turkey and abroad. She is also a member of Zen Courses Dentistry, founded by Dr. Viktor Shcherbakov.
